PCM SD College for Women Spreads Awareness under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan

Jalandhar: Under the directions received from the Directorate of Social Security and Women & Child Development, Punjab, the Buddy Program of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar organized a series of impactful activities to spread awareness against drug abuse. The programme included an online and offline Mass Pledge under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, where all students and staff members actively participated. The pledge aimed to sensitize youth about the harmful effects of drugs and to encourage them to commit to a drug-free life.
In addition to the pledge, the Buddy Program also carried out a Tree Plantation Drive in the campus, reinforcing the message of a healthy environment for a healthy life. Furthermore, a Rally Against Drug Abuse was organized outside the college premises to engage the public and spread the message of drug prevention in the community.
