PCM S.D. College for Women Organizes Felicitation Ceremony for CA / CA Inter / CS Achievers
The Commerce Club of the P.G. Department of Commerce and Management of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, honoured students who qualified the CA or CA Inter examinations conducted by ICAI, New Delhi, along with their undergraduate or postgraduate studies.

Jalandhar, April 30, 2026: The Commerce Club of the P.G. Department of Commerce and Management of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, honoured students who qualified the CA or CA Inter examinations conducted by ICAI, New Delhi, along with their undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
A total of 13 students were awarded trophies and certificates. It is worth mentioning that Ms. Gargi, a diligent and accomplished student of the department, successfully cleared the CA Inter Examination (both groups together) in September 2025, conducted by ICAI, New Delhi, in her maiden attempt while pursuing her post-graduation. Moreover, she secured third position in Jalandhar district and was also felicitated by the Jalandhar Chapter of ICAI.
Out of the total achievers, 04 students became Chartered Accountants, 08 students cleared CA Inter, whereas 01 student cleared the Executive Level (both groups) of the Company Secretaries of India. Such events showcase the students’ academic prowess and dedication, serving as a testament to their hard work and perseverance.
The students attributed their success to the unwavering support and guidance of the P.G. Department of Commerce and Management, PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar. The department’s emphasis on academic excellence has been instrumental in shaping their academic journey.
The Principal Dr.Pooja Prashar encouraged the students to always remember the values instilled in them by the institution, which will help them lead a life embellished with success. Exhorting the students to continue their pursuit of excellence, the Head of the Department, Mrs. Alka Sharma, congratulated the young achievers.
President Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Vinod Dada, other members of the Managing Committee, and the Principal lauded the achievements of the students and appreciated the efforts of the department in nurturing such excellence.
