Ludhiana, March 7 2016: Noble foundation, NGO along with the volunteers of Student organisation of India (SOI) celebrated Maha Shivratri with the students of Mahasharda Vidya Peeth in Industrial area. Social activist Radhika Jaitwani organised the event.
Sweets, eatables were distributed to students who come from slum areas. The NGO members also told the students regarding the importance of Shivratri.
Accompanied by Media incharge Sahibjot Chawla, Raja Kang, zonal president Meetpal Singh Dugri who was chief guest on the occasion appreciated the efforts of NGO noble foundation, social activist Radhika Jaitwani for organising event for school students.
Radhika Jaitwani said it feels pleasure by celebrating festival with students who belongs to families come under below poverty line.
Prominent among those present on the Occasion were Sahibjot Singh Chawla,Raja Kang,Kanwarpal KP, Rajinder Singh, school staff members Ankita, Harpreet Kaur, Reena Rani, Baljit Kaur and Pooja Sharma.
