Jalandhar, January 12, 2016: The new year calendar "Golden Moments of College " was launched in DAV College Jalandhar today.
Principal Dr B B Sharma bought in and launched this new calendar named "Golden Moments of College" at the commencement of the new year session .
Principal Dr B B Sharma at this epic and memorable occasion quoted "Year 2015 was one of the most successful year in the history of DAV, where college attained and explored new heights and zeniths of success , which uplifted the prestige of DAV College. And to make these Golden moments more memorable , we aspired to do something incredible , so we thought if capturing those moments in the calendar so that those Golden moments become a sweet memory for now and forever ".
The idea of making "The Golden Moments of College" calendar was initially conceived by Public Relations Officer of DAV College , Professor Manish Khanna . He was the man behind the creative calendar making which incorporated the moments full of pride like coming of American Ambassador in Dav , Alumni reunite , Best principal award to Dr B B Sharma , The inauguration of new block . Prof Manish Khanna with his innovative, creative and artistic approach created a beautiful piece of art -the calendar which is a journey of all the Golden moments.
Principal Dr B B Sharma ,especially thanked Shri Vimal Jain , Shri Amit Jain for their financial assistance during the calendar construction , and also appreciated and thanked PRO Professor Manish Khanna for his incredible artistic piece of work.
