Naman Shaw is Kunj as Tashan-E-Ishq takes a 5 year leap!

Zee TV's immensely popular primetime show 'Tashn-e-Ishq' has been keeping the viewers on the edge of their seats with interesting [cid:[email protected]] twists & turns galore. Set against the vibrant backdrop of upscale, upwardly mobile Punjab, the show will take a 5 year leap on 22nd June at 8 PM and will introduce an important character. While, the leap will double the entertainment quotient, it also marks the entry of noted actor Naman Shaw who replaces Sidhant Gupta as the male lead Kunj Sarna. Post leap, the character of Kunj will be seen in the new identity of a celebrated boxer 'Rocky Singh'. Arrogant by nature, he uses sarcastic humor as his defense and appears as though he doesn't give a damn about anything in life.

Naman says, "I started my career with Zee TV's show Kasamh Se, I'm truly fortunate to be associated with the channel yet again. I'm really excited to be a part of television's most popular primetime dramas - Tashan- e-Ishq. I'm playing the lead character of Kunj Sarna. The character is very different from all my past roles and something that I haven't explored earlier. Post leap, the character of Kunj will undergo drastic transformation as he will now be shown as a renowned boxer, I'm preparing myself to play the character convincingly. It's a challenging role and I'm certain that fans will love my new avatar."

Post the leap, Twinkle and Yuvi will be happily married, however there is a simmering tension between them that others are oblivious to. On the other hand, Kunj is seen in a new identity as a renowned boxer, Rocky Singh. Kunj is deeply hurt by the fact that his love Twinkle chose to get married to Yuvi, within a few days of reports of his death and returns to seek revenge. What will happen once Rocky Singh reveals his true identity? Will this bring a new tremor in Twinkle's life?
