Naivedyam 4.0 – An Inter-College Hospitality Fest at CT Institute of Hospitality Management
The CT Institute of Hospitality Management (CTIHM) successfully hosted the 4th edition of its inter-college hospitality fest – Naivedyam 4.0, where 16 teams from leading Hotel Management Institutes across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand showcased their culinary artistry, innovation, and management skills.
                        Jalandhar, Sep 16, 2025: The CT Institute of Hospitality Management (CTIHM) successfully hosted the 4th edition of its inter-college hospitality fest – Naivedyam 4.0, where 16 teams from leading Hotel Management Institutes across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand showcased their culinary artistry, innovation, and management skills.
The fest featured a series of dynamic competitions such as Spilling Barrels, The Think Tank, Twigs and Towels, Lazzat-e-Khas, Golden Grain Bake-Off, Diet-o-Mania, and Eco Voyage, which witnessed enthusiastic participation and creativity. Students displayed exceptional skills in food preparation, presentation, mixology, sustainability ideas, and hospitality management challenges.
The Overall Winner Trophy and Cash Prize of ₹11,000 was proudly lifted by IHM Yamunanagar, while the Runner-Up Trophy (₹5,100) was jointly claimed by KMV Jalandhar and Doaba College Jalandhar.
The distinguished jury panel, comprising Chef Sanjiv Verma, Piyush Bhardwaj, Arvind Tripathi, Ved Prakash, Chef Vishavdeep Bali, Chef Sandeep Raj, and Kishor Kothari, lauded the students for their exceptional culinary finesse, presentation, and creativity.
Adding to the vibrancy of the event, Chairman Charanjit Singh Channi, Co-Chairperson Parminder Kaur, Managing Director Dr. Manbir Singh, and Vice-Chairman Harpreet Singh visited the various competitions, interacted with participants, and applauded their efforts. They motivated the budding hospitality professionals to continue honing their skills with passion and commitment, emphasizing that such platforms not only nurture talent but also instill confidence and teamwork. Their presence infused immense encouragement among the students and participants.
Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group, further inspired the participants with his words of encouragement, while Principal Divoy Chhabra applauded the zeal, teamwork, and innovation demonstrated by the students in making the event a resounding success.
