Ludhiana, September 30, 2015: Shri Avtar Singh, President & Shri Upkar Singh Ahuja, General Secretary, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana in a statement released today said that Ministry of MSME, Government of India, has granted approval for air fare subsidy under International Cooperation Scheme (ICS) for CICU’s Members Delegation visit to EMO Milano2015 Exhibition to be held from 5thto 10th October 2015 at Fiera Milano, Rho Milan, Italy.
Indian manufacturers are passing through a very crucial time as on the one side, the technology is rapidly changing and on the other side, the Indian manufacturers are reeling under price pressure to compete with market.
EMO Milano 2015 is highly regarded as the fair where state of art machine tools can be seen before anywhere else in the world. This exhibition will enable our members to efficiently preview, view and source from widest array of the most innovative products, technologies and solutions showcased by the world’s leading players as well as the cost effective machine tools to improve their manufacturing efficiency and sharpen competitive edge.
CICU is also tying up the visit of the Delegation to few prominent factories to learn Best Work Practices being adopted by Italian Industry for which Italy is renowned. CICU Delegation will also be holding meeting with Italian Machine Tools Associations for mutual benefits.
This event will contribute significantly to the development of Punjab Industry and trade promotion through increased international transactions and technical exchanges of machines tools and their related equipments.
