Lyallpur Khalsa College Cadets Bring Glory at All India Vayu Sainik Camp in Bengaluru
Four cadets of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, brought laurels to the institution by showcasing exceptional performance at the All India Vayu Sainik Camp (AIVSC) held in Bengaluru. After excelling at the State-Level Camp (Punjab Directorate), the cadets represented the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh Directorate (PHHP & CHD Dte) at the national-level competition, which featured participants from 23 states across India.
Jalandhar, November 1, 2025: Four cadets of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, brought laurels to the institution by showcasing exceptional performance at the All India Vayu Sainik Camp (AIVSC) held in Bengaluru. After excelling at the State-Level Camp (Punjab Directorate), the cadets represented the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh Directorate (PHHP & CHD Dte) at the national-level competition, which featured participants from 23 states across India.
The selected cadets were CSUO Nitish Rana, CWO Charanpreet Bhardwaj, C/Cpl Parminder Singh, and C/Cpl Abhijeet Singh. CSUO Nitish Rana was appointed Senior of PHHP & CHD Directorate and excelled in Drill and Tent Pitching. CWO Charanpreet Bhardwaj performed outstandingly in Academics, Drone Handling, and Drill. Cadets Parminder Singh and Abhijeet Singh also demonstrated excellent skills in Academics, Drill, and Tent Pitching events.
The PHHP & CHD Directorate secured top positions in multiple categories — 1st in Line Area & Tent Pitching, 2nd in Drill and Shooting, and 1st in Health & Hygiene, achieving an Overall 3rd Position at the national level.
Principal Prof. Navdeep Kaur congratulated the cadets on their remarkable success and commended their discipline, dedication, and team spirit. She also extended heartfelt appreciation to Flying Officer Dr. Manpreet Singh, Associate NCC Officer (ANO), for his exemplary guidance and mentorship.
Dr. Manpreet Singh expressed immense pride in the cadets’ achievements, calling their success “a matter of great honour for the college and an inspiration for all NCC members.” The college management lauded the cadets and the ANO for bringing national recognition and pride to Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar.
