Lumina 2025 at KMV inspires students to adopt Sustainable & Scientific Thinking

Jalandhar, November 18, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised Lumina 2025. The event was organised by P.G. Department of Physics. The event focused on encouraging students to adopt sustainable practices while embracing creativity, scientific thinking, and cultural traditions.
A total of 70 students from various streams participated enthusiastically, offering an impressive blend of innovation and eco-conscious expression. The primary aim of Lumina 2025 was to promote eco-friendly practices by integrating scientific innovation with cultural values. The initiative enhanced environmental awareness, strengthened scientific temper, nurtured creativity, and encouraged teamwork among students. The event reinforced the message that events can be celebrated joyfully while being mindful of environmental responsibility. Lumina 2025 featured a series of creative competitions, each highlighting the fusion of sustainability and scientific imagination. All activities were themed around eco-consciousness, renewable energy & environmental protection.
