KMVites sweep top positions in Biotech, Hons. School in English and BCA

Jalandhar, July 11, 2015: The students of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar have made The Heritage Institution proud by securing top positions in the recently declared results of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.   Satveer Kaur a student of B.Sc. Biotech-VI semester secured most coveted first position in University with 2274/2760 marks followed by Renu Trehan a student of B.A. Hons. School in English –VI semester who bagged 2nd position with 1576/2300 marks.  Gurkiran of BCA-VI semester also added another feather in the cap of success of the Institution by securing 7th position in GNDU merit list with 1815/2300 marks followed by Priya Aggarwal who bagged 21st University position with 1756/2300 marks.  The Principal of the KMV Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students for their outstanding performance and motivated them to achieve success in their future endeavours.  She also averred the contribution of a teacher as a mentor is very important in shaping the career of a student.  She lauded the efforts of the teachers for the success of the students.
