KMV Business students gain industry insight on Entrepreneurial Resilience

Jalandhar, October 13, 2025: KMV Technical Institute under the aegis of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) in association with PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration organised a deeply inspiring expert session titled “Beyond the Glass Ceiling – The Power of Possibility”. The erudite resource person was Kamna Raj Aggarwal, a dynamic woman entrepreneur and change maker. As Partner at GDPA Fasteners, Founder of the education-focused NGO Edumust, and an active member of Arya Shiksha Mandal, Aggarwal brought a compelling blend of industry insight and social commitment to the forum.
In a candid and heartfelt address, Aggarwal shared her personal journey of navigating barriers in the entrepreneurial world. From facing rejection to managing time effectively, she emphasised the importance of resilience, adaptability and possibility thinking. “Rejection happens,” she noted, “but it’s what you do next that defines your journey.” Her story encouraged students to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to remain open to evolving paths. The session sparked meaningful dialogue around gender equity, leadership, and the power of purpose-driven innovation. Students were encouraged to reflect on their own aspirations and to cultivate the mindset needed to break through limitations -both personal and systemic.
