Ivy World School Students Successfully Complete 12-Day National University of Singapore Summer Programme
The 12-day Summer Programme, organized by the National University of Singapore (NUS) concluded successfully. A total of 40 students from across the country participated in the programme, including 17 meritorious students from Vasal Education. Among them were students from Ivy World School, Jalandhar, Powered by Vasal Education, who received an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure and experiential learning.
Jalandhar, July 8, 2026: The 12-day Summer Programme, organized by the National University of Singapore (NUS) concluded successfully. A total of 40 students from across the country participated in the programme, including 17 meritorious students from Vasal Education. Among them were students from Ivy World School, Jalandhar, Powered by Vasal Education, who received an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure and experiential learning.
During the programme, the accompanying teachers actively participated, guiding and supporting the students throughout the academic journey. As part of the programme, the students visited Singapore's prestigious educational institutions, including the National University of Singapore (NUS), where they attended special academic sessions, as well as the Singapore Management University (SMU). There, they interacted with academicians, industry experts and entrepreneurs. These inspiring sessions provided the students with valuable insights into higher education, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership while giving them first-hand exposure to a world-class academic environment.
In the concluding phase of the programme, the students worked in teams to develop Capstone Projects and presented practical solutions to real-life challenges through impressive presentations. Their presentations reflected outstanding critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and effective communication skills.
The NUS Summer Programme proved to be highly effective in strengthening the students' confidence, problem-solving abilities and global perspective. The programme equipped them with the knowledge, skills and broad outlook required to face future challenges successfully.
On this occasion, Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, Chairman of Vasal Education, said that the purpose of education should not be limited to academic achievements alone but should also focus on developing leadership qualities, creativity, a spirit of collaboration and cultural understanding among students.
