Jalandhar, January 24, 2026: Ivy world playschool, civil lines celebrated Basant Panchami with the young learners under the superior guidance of the management of the school, Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, Vice President Ena Vasal, CEO Raghav Vasal, Director Aditi Vasal, Principal Sanjeev Chauhan and Headmistress Shefali Sharma.
The campus was adorned with yellow marigolds creating a festive environment. To honour the Goddess of Art, school organized a live Sitar performance providing a serene backdrop. The celebration commenced with a small prayer ceremony where children offered yellow flowers and sweets to Goddess Saraswati. To make the festival engaging for children several hands on activities were planned including botanical painting symbolising the beginning of spring and decorating kites. Children also made garlands from fresh flowers for Goddess Saraswati. A special activity was planned for the toddlers that signifies blooming of mustard seeds into flowers. The celebration reinforced a sense of community and joy among the students, ensuring a memorable start to the spring season.
The event served as a reminder of our commitment to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young learners.
