Interactive session for Sports enthusiasts at BCM School, Dugri

Ludhiana, October 3, 2018: With the aim to promote the sports at grass-root level, BCM School, Basant Avenue, Dugri organized an interactive session where the Resource Person John Gloster, the chief quality officer of KOOH sports and an Australian sports physiotherapist who has worked with the Indian Cricket Team addressed the sports enthusiasts. Being a physiotherapist, he enlightened them with the importance of health, fitness and active lifestyle. Besides this, the students were instructed to follow the regular exercises to keep them fit and healthy. Students were also encouraged to shun their habit of eating fast food and follow healthy eating habits. The school Principal, Dr.Vandna Shahi motivated the students to imbibe the sportsmanship and be active participants of sports activities in school.
