INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE, GURDASPUR ORGANIZES FRESHERS’ PARTY FOR NEW ENTRANTS

Ludhiana, October 5, 2023: The second year students of PAU’s Institute of Agriculture, Gurdaspur organized a Freshers’ party for the new entrants. Being a colorful affair, the party had an eye-catching moments like dance performances and funny games which thrilled and entertained the newcomers. The celebration also included events like musical chair, balloon bursting, moving up glasses and funny riddles. Parbat Singh and Pariksha were adjudged as Mr and Ms Fresher, respectively.

The Associate Dean of the Institute of Agriculture Dr BS Dhillion congratulated the winners and lauded the scintillating performances of the students in an array of events. He exhorted the youths to work hard to make a mark in life.

Baljinder Singh and Karamveer Singh, students of B.Sc second year, enthralled the audience with their beautiful songs.

Earlier, Mansimran Singh and Narmeen Kaur welcomed the freshers and the teachers.

Later, Astha Sharma proposed a vote of thanks, while students Prableen and Jasleen conducted the stage.
