Innocent Hearts Observes World Mental Health Day with Seminar on “Mental Health through Bhakti: Turning Pain into Peace”

Jalandhar, October 15, 2025: Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized a seminar on “Mental Health through Bhakti: Turning Pain into Peace". The session commenced with a Green Welcome of Dr. Mangla Sahni (Co-founder, Ramasa Digital Company), who delivered an enlightening talk on how Bhakti (devotion) can transform pain into peace and purpose. Drawing inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita, Dr. Sahni shared her personal journey and introduced the “ABCDE of Life” — Associations, Books, Chanting, Diet, and Entering into the Holy Place — as guiding principles for emotional and spiritual well-being.

The seminar beautifully emphasized the importance of integrating spirituality into daily life to foster mental resilience, gratitude, and inner harmony, leaving the audience deeply inspired.

Following the insightful session, the event was graced by Rahul Jain (Director Operation), Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Dhanju (Director Academics), and Sharmila Nakra (Deputy Director – Cultural Affairs), who appreciated the initiative of the Mental Well-Being Club for promoting awareness on mental health through the essence of devotion and spirituality.
