Dharamshala, November 20, 2014: In the Asia cup T-20 cricket for deaf and dumb India defeated Pakistan by 8 wickets in the opening tie at the HPCA cricket Stadium on Thursday.
Pakistan elected to bat after winning the toss on the grassy wicket, but only Rehman Bist resisted the Deadly attack of Indian Medium pacer Fahimudin, who claimed 4 for 15. Rehman remained unbeaten for 51 when Pakistan could score 124 for 9 in a looted 20 overs. Usman Ali of Pakistan also contributed 30 runs. The other successful Indian bowler was Yadagiri who claimed 2/25.
In reply India won the match in just 12 overs scoring 126/2. Thanks to brilliant unbeaten 69 by Rohit Soni, who was equally supported by unbeaten 26 of Virender Singh. Aat one time India was two down for 37 Usman Ali took both the wickets.
