Independence Day Celebrated at Adarsh Public Smart School
Independence Day was celebrated enthusiastically in Adarsh Public Smart School, Sector 20, Chandigarh. School was wrapped in tricolours and beautifully decorated.The school Principal, Mrs Sunita Thakur hoisted the flag.

Chandigarh: Independence Day was celebrated enthusiastically in Adarsh Public Smart School, Sector 20, Chandigarh. School was wrapped in tricolours and beautifully decorated.The school Principal, Mrs Sunita Thakur hoisted the flag.
All teachers and staff members honoured the nation with the National Anthem. Students performed different activities i e dance on patriotic songs and role play of freedom fighters,Nukkad Natak etc. A play was enacted by senior students to show the struggle and sacrifice of freedom fighters.
Principal Sunita Thakur motivated the students with her valuable words on the importance of the great day .A quiz on Independence Day was also organised. Refreshment was given to all students.
