IKGPTU Vice Chancellor and Registrar held direct interaction program with officers, faculty and staff

Jalandhar/Kapurthala, November 14, 2023: Vice Chancellor Dr. Susheel Mittal and Registrar Dr. S.K. Misra had direct interaction with officers, faculty and staff at I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (I.K.G. PTU). This program was organized to share the festival mood of Diwali, give good wishes and brainstorm for the better future of the university. The first interaction in the program was with the university regular staff. In this, the staff talked about the working process made easier by the use of e-office system, paperless communication and other technical resources running in the university. Along with this, he was also informed about future plans.

In the second session, University officers, faculty members met University Vice Chancellor Dr. Susheel Mittal and Registrar Dr. Misra under the Direct Interaction Programme. In this, the faculty spoke on the current nature of education and the need for technology integration in the future. In the program, Registrar Dr. Misra shared the plans to increase research and academic quality in the university in future. Vice Chancellor Dr. Susheel Mittal directed to focus on working on quality to establish the university main campus as an exemplary campus.

On this occasion, Finance Officer Dr. Sukhbir Singh Walia on behalf of the officers, Dean Faculty Dr. Satbir Singh on behalf of the Faculty, Dean Student Welfare Dr. Gaurav Bhargava on behalf of the students expressed gratitude to the authorities for this initiative. On this occasion, the stage was moderated by Deputy Registrar Rajneesh Sharma.
