IKGPTU Computer Science Engineering Department organized event "Savishkar 2.0"

Jalandhar/Kapurthala, November 3, 2023: I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) main campus Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road, Computer Science Engineering (CSE) department organized a multi-cultural program to welcome its new students. 

The program was titled as "Savishkar 2.0". The senior and old (former) students together welcomed the new students and enthusiastically participated in the cultural program. The program was made a success under the supervision of the faculty of the department.

The program was organized at the cricket ground of the university in which Dean R&D Dr. Hitesh Sharma participated as the chief guest of the event. He also shared the greeting message sent to the students by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Dr. Susheel Mittal. The students were led by the faculty of the department, Dr. Dinesh Gupta. The outline of the program was prepared by Hari Singh, President of the Student Editorial Club of the Department. 

On this occasion, the students successfully demonstrated their talent in group dance, poetry, stand-up comedy, solo singing, guitar performance and open mic session. University Registrar Dr. S.K Misra and Dean Academic Prof (Dr.) Vikas Chawla congratulated the students for this event.
