Congress party to submit a charge sheet to the Governor against Jai Ram Government on December 27

Dharamashala, December 25, 2018: “The state government has taken Rs.25 lakh from the cement companies of the state for expenditure of proposed PM Modi’s rally in Dharamshala on December 27. And in lieu of that the price of cement has been raised at Rs.60 per bag in Himachal Pradesh”, said ex-Minister and congress national secretary Sudhir Sharma in Dharamshala today. He said, “14000 buses are being arranged for free travel of public for rally will cost around Rs.2.50 crore, food for 35 thousand public is also being arranged at the cost of Rs.60 lakh, the main stage is being built at the cost of 70 lakh and Rs.50 lakh are being spent to raise concrete stairs in the rally venue, the Police Stadium Dharamshala, and the BJP is saying that only Rs.57 lakh being spent for the show, and that too from the party fund.” He said that beside this, 2000 small vehicles have also been rented in.

Sudhir while talking to this correspondent said, “The stairs which are being raised, will close the scope of expansion of the police stadium, which was planned by Congress government. The present government have also allowed police department to raise a building structure at the edge of the ground too , hampering its expansion .”

Ex-minister said, “The state government is being run on the loan and the state public is being ditched by spending loan money on political functions.”

He said that the Jai Ram government must clear that the officials deputed to bring the public to the rally will be shown on duty on that day or on leave as it is a party celebration. He said that it is told that those officials who fail to bring public shall be transferred to difficult areas.

Sudhir said, “The hospital supply of the medicines is being done by Civil Supply department of the state for the past several years are diverted to a private company, raises doubts.”

The Congress party will submit a charge sheet to the Governor against Jai Ram Government on December 27.
