GGNIMT Concludes Institutional Summer Training for BCA Students
The Department of Computer Applications at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, successfully concluded its Institutional Summer Training program for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) students. The rigorous four-week training initiative commenced on June 8 and culminated on July 3.
Ludhiana, July 8, 2026: The Department of Computer Applications at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, successfully concluded its Institutional Summer Training program for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) students. The rigorous four-week training initiative commenced on June 8 and culminated on July 3.
The comprehensive training program was strategically divided into four cutting-edge modules designed to bridge the industry-academia gap: Google Automation, Data Analytics, Web Applications using PHP and Machine Learning.
During this training program, students immersed themselves in hands-on practical sessions and advanced conceptual learning. Participants successfully developed critical technical skills, including automating workflows through Google tools, game generation, building functional web applications from scratch, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for diverse real-world applications.
Principal Dr. Harpreet Singh congratulated the students on their dedication. He emphasized that continuous skill upgradation and technical adaptability are essential to thriving in the rapidly evolving IT sector.
The valedictory session concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony. Director Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra awarded completion certificates to the participants. In his closing address, Prof. Chhabra motivated the students to think beyond the classroom and explore the wider world. He highlighted that the global landscape is expanding exponentially, opening doors to a multitude of emerging career opportunities for skilled professionals.
