GAURS GROUP TO INVEST RS.150 CRORES ACROSS ITS EDUCATION DOMAIN

Delhi/NCR: Gaurs Group is all set to come up with three institutions across NCR with a total investment of Rs.150 Crores. Out of three, two schools would be catering to students from Nursery till 12th Standard and the third would be for higher studies. Lands for these institutions have already been earmarked and acquired in the due course. The two schools would be coming up in Siddharth Vihar and Yamuna Expressway, while the construction for the one in Yamuna Expressway will begin within six months and for Siddharth Vihar, very soon. The institution for higher studies is planned in Gaur City II in Greater Noida West, and the company is also considering a proposal for colleges and skill India Institutes in near future. A total of 10 acres has been allocated for the development of the abovementioned institutes and the entire development of these would be self-funded. All the upcoming schools and institutions will boast of state of the art modern facilities, both for education and extra-curricular activities. Moreover, there is a mix land use plot available for setting up education and medical institutes next to City Center in Gaur City.

This aim to increase its footprint across the education domain is driven by the great response the group has received from Gaurs International School in Greater Noida West, which is one of the most successful schools in the region and the only one to be having CBSE affiliation. The school currently has its third session running and over 1400 students enrolled. The school boasts of some of the unparalleled activities in sports such as a Boxing Ring, which is exclusive in the region of Greater Noida West. Apart from this, the school also has excellent amenities in terms of a shooting range, badminton and basketball courts, a day and night cricket stadium, a track and field stadium and a soccer field.
