Hosted at the Department of Computer and IT, the two-day drive became a vibrant platform for interaction between aspiring students and leading recruiters. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from reputed organizations across diverse sectors including Banking, Automobile, Insurance, IT, Software Development, and Multimedia, all eager to recruit talented students.
Students demonstrated remarkable professionalism, confidence, and preparedness throughout the selection process. The encouraging outcomes reflect the strong academic foundation and skill development initiatives at the college. Several offer letters have already been issued, with many more expected to follow, and the final results will soon be formally communicated to selected candidates.
Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu praised the Career Counseling & Placement Cell for the successful execution of the drive and congratulated students and faculty. He emphasized the institution’s commitment to equipping students with both academic knowledge and employability skills, while also appreciating the participation of reputed companies and expressing hope for continued collaborations.
Convener Dr. Charanjit Singh highlighted that the placement drive reflects the college’s dedication to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. He acknowledged the disciplined conduct of students and thanked the Departments of Commerce and Business Management, Computer Science and IT, the Multimedia team, and volunteers for their wholehearted support. Faculty members including Dr. Manpreet Singh Lehel, Dr. Daljit Kaur, Dr. Jyoti Vohra, Prof. Ritika, Prof. Amita Shahid, and Prof. Sandeep Bassi played key roles in ensuring the smooth organization of the event.
