France Job Fair Held at CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus
Upholding the Vision of “Job For All”
Jalandhar, November 20, 2025: CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus, successfully organized a France Job Fair under the visionary initiative “Job For All.” This initiative, launched by Hon’ble Chairman Charanjit Singh Channi, reflects CT Group’s commitment to ensuring employment opportunities for every youth—whether or not they are part of CT. In line with this vision, CT Group has been conducting open job fairs for years, including previous editions at CT University, Ludhiana and in regions such as Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh, allowing individuals from diverse backgrounds to participate freely and benefit from accessible career pathways.
The France Job Fair marked a significant step in expanding global opportunities for aspirants seeking to enter the international hospitality sector. The event witnessed the presence of renowned French sponsors Florence Lebois Galy, President of ALZEA, and Myriam Kaufmann, Internship Program Manager in France, who conducted recruitment interviews throughout the day. Representing premium hospitality brands, they created an inspiring and motivating environment for candidates aiming for global exposure.
Students from leading institutions, including Lovely Professional University, Doaba College, KMV College, and CT Group’s own hospitality and tourism programs, participated in large numbers. A total of 118 candidates appeared for interviews, and 64 were shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process. The high selection ratio reflected the strong skill level, discipline, and industry readiness demonstrated by the participants.
The fair was supported by the leadership of CT Group of Institutions, including Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director; Dr Nittin Tandon, Executive Director; Dr Shiv Kumar, Director Campus; Dr Sangram Singh, Director Academics; Dr Nittan Arora, Director CCPC; and Divoy Chhabra, Principal, CTIHM. Their presence ensured smooth coordination and meaningful interactions between students and recruiters, reinforcing the Group’s dedication to academic excellence and global linkages.
French delegates expressed high appreciation for the preparedness and sincerity of the candidates. Florence Lebois Galy remarked that the talent and discipline reflected a high level of readiness, with many students displaying strong communication skills and genuine passion for hospitality. Myriam Kaufmann added that the training standards at CT Group were impressive, and the students demonstrated the willingness to learn—an essential quality for success in international hospitality environments. Both delegates expressed enthusiasm for welcoming selected candidates to France and supporting them in their global career journeys.
