“Food is Medicine – Healing through Nutrition” Seminar Highlights Power of Nutrition at DRV DAV School
A highly informative and enlightening seminar titled “Food is Medicine – Healing through Nutrition” was organised in DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur on 17th Jan, 2026 to create awareness about the importance of nutrition and natural healing. The seminar was conducted by the eminent resource person Dr. Vipan Bhargav (BNMS, MNM), who shared valuable insights into holistic health and wellness.
Jalandhar, January 20, 2026: A highly informative and enlightening seminar titled “Food is Medicine – Healing through Nutrition” was organised in DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur on 17th Jan, 2026 to create awareness about the importance of nutrition and natural healing. The seminar was conducted by the eminent resource person Dr. Vipan Bhargav (BNMS, MNM), who shared valuable insights into holistic health and wellness.
He emphasised that the human body is a great healer and possesses the natural ability to cure itself when supported with the right lifestyle choices. He highlighted the importance of regular detoxification, balanced nutrition, proper oxygen intake and health regulation as essential components of a healthy life. He also explained how adopting simple, mindful habits can help prevent lifestyle-related disorders.
The session was interactive, with teachers actively participating by asking questions and engaging in meaningful discussions. He addressed the queries patiently and encouraged everyone to look at food as medicine rather than merely a source of calories.
The Principal, Dr. Yogesh Gambhir, appreciated the efforts of the resource person and remarked that such seminars play a vital role in sensitising everyone towards healthy living from a young age. He encouraged everyone to implement the valuable suggestions shared during the session and lead a disciplined, balanced and healthy life.
