Ludhiana, July 24, 2014: Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organisations (FICO), Ludhiana has thanked to Punjab State Power Corporation Limited for giving relaxation to all power regulatory measures till further order, said the said Gurmeet Singh Kular President & Manjinder Singh Sachdeva General Secretary of FICO.
In a statement here today, they added in future the industry would get 24 hours uninterrupted power supply. He added the industry was using costlier power in peak hours to run the factory because in peak hours they had to pay fixed Rs 2.70 per KW per hour other than consumption.
“This is a big relief to the industry because power is the raw material of our industry & without power industry cannot run even a second because generator produced power is very costlier compared to power of PSPCL”, they said. // ludhiana news, india news, punjab news,
