Jalandhar, December 18, 2015: Dr.Balwinder Raj and Dr.B.P.Gupta made the 4th day of FDP a great learning experience for the faculty participating in the program.
Dr.Balwinder Raj (Assistant Professor, Dept. of ECE, NIT, and Jalandhar) elaborated on nanotechnology how it is going to change everybody’s life in future, its application areas, its issues and how Nano Technology will impact change in energy efficient gadgets. Dr. B. P. Gupta, Director, Rayat Bahra Institute of Management, Hoshiarpur, talking on the topic Manegerial Games and Role Play, made the participants learn many small but very important things to make them more accountable, more interesting and more understandable teachers. He conducted some very useful and entertaining games to teach the importance of time management, managerial skills, discipline and the ways to deal with students.
