Talwandi Sabo, May 21, 2015: The news of sad & untimely death of S.K Ahluwalia, Ex Vice Chancellor Guru Kashi University & Ex Divisional Commissioner, Patiala has came as a bolt from the blue to the staff & students of Guru Kashi University.
