Rohtak, May 1, 2026: In a major step towards strengthening competitive education in government schools, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta interacted with students of the first batch of the ‘Super 40’ programme, a district-level initiative inspired by the Haryana Government’s flagship ‘Super 100’ programme.

Addressing students at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Hisar Road, the Deputy Commissioner motivated them to pursue their goals with discipline, consistency, and sustained hard work, while extending his best wishes to students appearing in the upcoming NEET examination.

The ‘Super 40’ programme has been designed to provide high-quality, structured coaching for both NEET and IIT-JEE to meritorious students of government schools.

The initiative ensures that students who may not be part of ‘Super 100’ still receive equal opportunity, expert guidance, and competitive exposure, eliminating dependence on expensive private coaching.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized:

* Strong focus on NCERT-based preparation, especially for NEET
* Building deep conceptual clarity for IIT-JEE level problem solving
* Maintaining a disciplined daily routine and consistent revision

He directed faculty to prepare a well-structured academic schedule for Classes 11 and 12, ensuring systematic and integrated preparation for both school curriculum and competitive exams.

Reinforcing confidence, he said, “Students from government schools are equally capable of excelling in NEET, IIT-JEE, and other national-level examinations. With the right guidance and discipline, success is inevitable.”

Structured Expansion from Next Academic Session

* The current NEET crash course (started April 1, 2026) has shown strong student engagement
* From the next session, the programme will evolve into a full-year structured course
* A two-year integrated preparation model (Class 11–12) will be implemented for NEET and IIT-JEE

The initiative aims to prepare students for premier institutions such as, AIIMS & top medical colleges (NEET) and IITs & leading engineering institutes (JEE). The broader goal is to ensure that talent, not background, determines success.

The Deputy Commissioner also interacted with parents and encouraged them to support their children’s aspirations.

He appreciated the efforts of the education department and school leadership in launching the programme and expressed confidence that ‘Super 40’ will become a model for academic excellence in government education.

DEO Manjeet Malik said that the programme will operate on the same academic rigor as ‘Super 100’, with experienced faculty guiding students for both NEET and IIT-JEE preparation.

The ‘Super 40’ initiative represents a significant step towards creating a level playing field in competitive education, empowering students with the tools, mentorship, and confidence required to succeed.
