Rohtak, August 29, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that apart from the Samadhan Camps, citizens’ grievances are heard on all other working days as well. The district administration is ensuring the redressal of public issues and complaints on a priority basis.

DC Sachin Gupta was presiding over the review meeting of the Samadhan Camp at the Conference hall of the Mini Secretariat. While reviewing the complaints received during the Samadhan Camps, Administrative Secretary Shekhar Vidyarthi appreciated Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and said that he is doing commendable work in the district.

DC Sachin Gupta informed that in the district, he himself along with the Superintendent of Police listens to public grievances daily. All officers have been instructed to ensure immediate redressal of complaints received during the Samadhan Camps to the best possible extent.

He directed the concerned department officers to resolve the pending complaints of Samadhan Camps at the earliest in a proper manner. During the review meeting, he also asked BJP representative to deploy party workers under the Haryana Shehar Swachhta Campaign. The district administration has allotted municipal wards to senior administrative officers for monitoring cleanliness. During this campaign, work is being carried out on roads, drinking water, storm water drainage, street lights, and sanitation-related issues.

On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, ASP Prateek Agrawal, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DRO Pramod Chahal, Deputy Director Agriculture Dr. Surender Singh, X.En. UHBVN Ramender Malik, Rohtak BDPO Rohtash and other concerned departmental officers were present.
