DC Sachin Gupta directs to ensure Timely Resolution of Complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed all officers to ensure time-bound submission of reports related to complaints and demands received during Samadhan Shivirs. He emphasized that officers must personally interact with citizens while resolving grievances and clearly record the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the complainant in the report.
Rohtak, January 5, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed all officers to ensure time-bound submission of reports related to complaints and demands received during Samadhan Shivirs. He emphasized that officers must personally interact with citizens while resolving grievances and clearly record the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the complainant in the report.
Presiding over a Samadhan Shivir held at the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat, the Deputy Commissioner issued on-the-spot directions to concerned departmental officers for prompt redressal of public grievances. He stressed that complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs must be resolved correctly and on priority so that they are not reopened. He further instructed that each complaint must be resolved within 10 days.
DC Sachin Gupta said that, in accordance with the directions of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the district headquarters as well as at the sub-division headquarters of Meham and Sampla. The initiative aims to provide immediate grievance redressal under one roof. Citizens can present their issues at the district or concerned sub-division headquarters, where swift action will be taken for resolution.
Senior officers from revenue, police, health, municipal, education, transport, public works, food and supplies, panchayati raj, and other departments were present during the Samadhan Shivir to ensure effective and coordinated grievance redressal.
