Day V of FDP on Entrepreneurship at APJCFA

Jalandhar, January 3, 2015: The Day V of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar began on a foggy morning but the environment got lifted up with the well-researched talk on 'Human Resource Management in Small Sector' by the scholar Dr JK Gulati from GNDU College, Jalandhar. The exponent elaborated upon its importance in Entrepreneur  Business;  the key role of skilled human resources and the 5M's (Men, Machine, Money, Materials and Management) as the soul and blood of the business.  Besides this, he also touched upon Labour Law and its implications for the business houses. 

Session II was dedicated to the immensely informative discussion by Prof. MJ Kalra of GNDU College Jalandhar as the scholar threw flood-light on 'E-COMMERCE'  in great details. Making an adept use of A-V Aids, Prof. Kalra showed very relevant videos and PPT slides in order to impart leverage to his verbal delivery. He also elucidated upon the fact that E - commerce has a very rich and promising future ahead as the nation abounds in Net-savvy and Tech-savvy youth.

Dr Sucharita, principal hoped that the fruitful discussion of the day will certainly reap rich harvests for the participants in the years to come.
