CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan Organizes “Sammaan Samaroh 1.0”
with a Spirit of Gratitude and Social Responsibility
Jalandhar, March 1, 2026: CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan organized “Sammaan Samaroh 1.0”, a grand ceremony dedicated to honoring individuals who have made remarkable contributions to society.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of more than 150+ distinguished guests, including social workers, sarpanches, counsellors and representatives actively engaged in community welfare initiatives. The ceremony was not merely an award function but a true celebration of gratitude and service.
The event highlighted that when visionary and socially responsible individuals come together, society moves forward in the right direction. “Sammaan Samaroh 1.0” was organized with the objective of recognizing those who have not just held positions, but shouldered responsibilities, and for whom service is not publicity but a lifelong commitment.
The event was graced by esteemed guests including Parveen Abrol, Social worker, writer and counsellor; Adv. Karambir Singh Chandi, District Incharge, Aam Aadmi Party, Kapurthala; Kanwar Iqbal Singh, Chairman, Excise and Taxation Department, Kapurthala; and Rakesh Sharma, Principal, Sai Das School, Jalandhar, along with several respected Sarpanches and social contributors. All the esteemed guests appreciated the institution’s initiative in acknowledging real-life heroes who are silently working for the upliftment of communities and promoting social awareness among students.
Chairman, Sardar Charanjit Singh Channi, extended his appreciation to all social contributors and emphasized that educational institutions must nurture socially responsible citizens who work towards the betterment of society.
Managing Director, Dr. Manbir Singh, highlighted that such initiatives instill values of leadership, compassion, and integrity among students while strengthening the bond between the institution and the community. Executive Director, Dr. Nitin Tandon, appreciated the organizing team and stated that “Sammaan Samaroh 1.0” reflects CT Group’s continuous commitment to humanitarian values and community engagement.
Campus Director, Dr. Anurag Sharma, expressed satisfaction over the overwhelming participation and shared that the ceremony was organized to honor those individuals who have brought light to villages and hope to cities through their dedicated service.
