Completion of Annual Training Camp and Cadet Dispersal
The 10-day Annual Training Camp (ATC-54) of 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, Ludhiana, concluded on a high note at Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana. The camp, held from 17 June to 26 June 2025 under the able leadership of Camp Commandant Col RS Chauhan, witnessed the participation of over 500 NCC girl cadets who underwent rigorous and transformative training sessions.

Ludhiana, June 27, 2025: The 10-day Annual Training Camp (ATC-54) of 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, Ludhiana, concluded on a high note at Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana. The camp, held from 17 June to 26 June 2025 under the able leadership of Camp Commandant Col RS Chauhan, witnessed the participation of over 500 NCC girl cadets who underwent rigorous and transformative training sessions.
Throughout the camp, cadets were immersed in a blend of military training, personality development, cultural enrichment, and social awareness activities. Sessions on drill, weapon training, map reading, disaster management, self-defense, cyber awareness, and leadership were conducted by experienced Army and civil instructors. Cadets also actively participated in yoga, physical fitness routines, and inter-squad competitions designed to boost teamwork and discipline.
In addition to physical and academic growth, cadets benefited from motivational talks, including a session on cyber security, meditation by the Brahma Kumaris, and cultural evenings that showcased their talent, unity, and enthusiasm.
Col RS Chauhan, in his address during the closing ceremony, praised the cadets for their dedication, discipline, and active participation. He highlighted the importance of NCC in building character and preparing youth for future challenges. The camp concluded with the ceremonial dispersal of cadets, who departed with enriched skills, cherished memories, and a strengthened sense of patriotism and responsibility.
The Annual Training Camp of 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC once again proved to be a successful initiative in empowering young women and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
