Bengaluru, July 25, 2026: CMR University hosted CEO Conclave 2026 at its Lakeside Campus, Bagalur, bringing together over 52 CEOs, directors, senior managers, and industry leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping the future of work.
A key highlight of the conclave was the panel discussion on "Future of the Workforce: Skills, Technology and Adaptability." The panel featured Satyajeet Pradhan, CEO, HAI Suitcase Clinics; Brahmanand Patil, President & Managing Director, VECTOR Informatik; Shri Vadeesh Budramane, Founder & CEO, AlgoShack Technologies; Pramod Agrawal, India Managing Director, Seismic; and Sriram Kanuri, Co-Founder & CEO, Arteria Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The panellists emphasized that the future workforce will be driven by adaptability, interdisciplinary knowledge, communication, and AI literacy. While AI will augment human capabilities, critical thinking, decision-making, and domain expertise will remain indispensable. They stressed the importance of strong academic fundamentals, continuous learning, transferable skills, and industry exposure. As technology evolves rapidly, professionals must embrace lifelong learning, resilience, and cross-domain expertise to thrive in emerging sectors such as automotive, supply chains, and digital innovation
Speaking at the conclave, Chairman, CMR Group of Institutions and CMR University, Dr. K. C. Ramamurthy, IPS (Retd.), said, "The future belongs to those who embrace change.
