A Mobile app exclusively for Property agents

Bangalore, April 27, 2015: Clinch Deals, an exclusive mobile application that will pioneer an ecosystem of active property agents across the country for networking at high volumes, has been launched. The mobile app is currently available in Google PlayStore.

On the Launch, Ram Prasad-founder of Clinch Deals said, ‘’There are a number of online websites and offline medium catering to the real estate industry as classifieds space for listing purposes and market place for property Seekers, Sellers, Agents and Developers on the whole. However there is no medium available exclusively for Property Agents. As per my research, 99% of agent’s deals are closed by collaborating among fellow agents within a closed ended group; therefore the scope of bringing agents across PAN India into one networking platform will surely create immense value. Clinch Deals is the only application exclusively targeting Property Dealers, enabling them to close deals quickly and profitably.’’

The USP of Clinch Deals lies in its objective& approach, a counter intuitive model to empower Realty Agents who play a very crucial role in helping people find their property. With the present ecosystem still witnessing agents’ contribution at a large scale, be it volume or scope, instead of “trying to” bypass Agents the answer lies in appreciating their role& helping in to accelerate their business potential.

A Realty Agent, on the application, can post his requirement, generate responses for postings from fellow agents, interact with fellow agents for collaborating on deal closure, do instant messaging, share postings of others to different groups or contacts, subscribe for locality based alerts on new postings, create profile settings, etc.,

The application is free to download & use and comes with invite option to invite one’s phone book contacts to download the application, enabling a community formation amongst agents of close group.

The nature of postings is designed in such a way that “Personally Identifiable Information” of the lead isn’t disclosed to others, until there is a ripe stage to discuss the details. This is to provide protection to an agent’s lead but still effectively collaborate & network with others on the platform.

Clinch Deals is currently designed for 8 Cities in India – Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi/NCR & Kolkata. Soon other cities will be added to the platform along with the release of IOS & Windows versions.
