Chief Minister invites Prime Minister to Dharamshala

Dharamshala, December 19, 2018: Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Jai Ram Thakur called on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi at New Delhi today and invited him to visit Dharamshala on 27th December on the occasion of completion of one year of the BJP lead state government in power in the state.

In statement issued here today,CM said ," A huge rally is being organised to mark the occasion and I have urged the Prime Minister for his blessings and guidance on the occasion."

He also urged the Prime Minister to maintain the status of SJVN as joint venture of GOI and state government and maintain the equity in the best interest of state and it's people.

He said,"Prime Minister agreed to visit Dharamshala on 27th December."

Chief Minister thanked the PM for his support to the people of the state.

Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Shrikant Baldi was also present on the occasion of this meeting.

The press release further said that the CM also called on Union Health Minister J.P Nadda in his office in Parliament at New Delhi today.

Chief Minister discussed about various issues including Ayushman Bharat and setting up of AIIMS besides other health schemes.

MPs of Himachal Pradesh Shanta Kumar, Virendra Kashyap and Ramswaroop Sharma, ACS Dr. Shrikant Baldi were also present among others.
