New Delhi, June 17, 2014: The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case Under Sections 279 & 304A of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against unknown persons relating to accidental death of Gopinath Munde, then Union Minister for Rural Development & Punchayati Raj (GOI) at Delhi on June, 2014.
According to a spokes person of the CBI, CBI took up the investigation of the case on the orders of Government of India which was earlier registered by Delhi Police, and inspected the scene of crime.
Further investigation is continuing.
