Ludhiana, December 1, 2015: A Career Guidance Programme was held in Tagore International Sr.Sec.School, Kohara Road, Sahnewal today. Lt.Col.Miss Smita Misra (Ph.D) Vice Principal of SanikSchool, Karpurthala was the resource person. She was welcomed by a patrioticsong then the programme started up by Powerpoint presentation to inculcate truepatriotic fervor among the students and audience. She intimated the students& parents to cater various career opportunities in the field of defence andarmy forces. She also told that career in armed forces offers a blend ofadventure, good career prospects, honour & high society standing &guided the pupils to take admission in N.D.A (National Defence Academy).Parents were very influenced & given her thoughts an outstanding feedback.Students showed keen interest in this career talk & they were informed theprocedure of the direct recruitment in officer wing. Mrs. Harwinder KaurPrincipal thanked for sparing her valuable time for the students. The workshopwas ended up with National Anthem.
