Book Launch Ceremony Organized at Ramgarhia Girls College

Ludhiana, May 12, 2026: The PG Department of Music Vocal of Ramgarhia Girls College organized a book launch ceremony for the book “Gurbani Gayan Bhag Pehla," authored by Iqbal Singh Bhamrah.
The chief guest of the event, Sant Baba Amir Singh Ji, Mukhi, Jawaddi Taksal, Ludhiana and the author Iqbal Singh Bhamrah were warmly welcomed by Ranjodh Singh, President, Ramgarhia Educational Council, and Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur. S. Iqbal Singh Bhamrah, who is also a former student of the college’s Music Department, shared valuable information about his book during the event and also spoke to the students about his association and experiences with the college.
On this occasion, Sant Baba Amir Singh Ji blessed everyone with his inspiring words and said that in the present time, it is extremely important for human beings to adopt the teachings of Gurbani for good conduct and the overall development of society. He appreciated the achievements of Iqbal Singh Bhamrah in the field of Gurbani singing and music and remarked that this book would prove to be a milestone for authentic Gurbani singing.
Ranjodh Singh encouraged students to follow the teachings of Sikhism in their lives so that, through noble character and values, they could contribute meaningfully towards building a better society.
Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur, while sharing her thoughts, said that the institution feels proud of its students who have received education from the college and are now achieving success in their lives while contributing positively to society.
Gurcharan Singh Lotey, General Secretary, and other members of Ramgarhia Educational Council and Principals from various Ramgarhia Educational Institutions were also present at the event. All distinguished guests were honoured with mementos by the college.
At the end of the ceremony, the Head of the PG Department of Music, Dr. Charanjit Kaur, expressed gratitude to all the guests for their gracious presence.
