DHINDSA ANNOUNCES 7% DA TO EMPLOYEES AND PENSIONERS, NOTIFICATION ISSUED; NOW 132 % DA TO BE PAID WITH JANUARY SALARY/PENSION
CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 21, 2016: As a Bonanza to its employees and pensioners, Punjab Finance Minister Mr.Parminder Singh Dhindsa today announced to release 7% dearness allowance (DA) with January 2016 salary/pension. He has signed the file and concerned section has issued the notification.
Mr.Dhindsa said that this increase would be effective from 01-01-2017. He said that with the release of this DA installment, the DA would increase from 125 to 132 percent..
