BADAL, Sukhbir, Majithia mourns death of ADGP Narinder Sharma

Chandigarh, July 16, 2013: The Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today expressed profound grief and sorrow over the untimely demise of Additional Director General of Police Narinder Sharma, IPS, who breathed his last here on Monday night after prolonged illness.  

In his condolence message, Badal described Sharma as “a distinguished officer, who always discharged his duties with utmost dedication, sincerity and professional commitment throughout his career.”

Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the family members, friends and relatives to bear this huge loss in this hour of grief.

Meanwhile, Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab today expressed deep grief over the untimely demise of Additional Director General of Police Narinder Sharma, IPS, who passed away here last night after prolonged illness.  

Punjab Public Relations Minister Bikram Singh Majithia has also condoled demise of ADGP Narinder Sharma.

Sharing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, Sukhbir Singh Badal and Majithia prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.
