Jalandhar: Generally, junk food looks so mouth watering and yummy for the people of every age group. However, it is very true that they are so coarse from inside. What they look from outside never become from inside. Junk foods are never considered healthy to the health; they have been proved unhealthy in all ways. This is the reason CT Institute of Hotel Management organised an Awareness Programme on Ill-Effects of Fast/Junk Food at Sanjay Karate School on Thursday under the aegis of CT Group of Institutions.
Seminar on health issues was organized by Dr. Rohit Sarin (Director, CT Institute of Hotel Management) and explained the children about healthy diet. He advised the students to say No to Junk Food. Dr. Rohit Sarin said, “It is better to eat healthy food than visiting hospitals.”

The students got their queries sorted out and got satisfied with their answers.
The students promised to take care of their health and to do exercise daily and add milk products in their diet. The team of Chefs demonstrated the ways to cook healthy food to the students as well.
