Administration organises Atta-Dal Beneficiaries Identification Scheme in Zira

Ferozepur, March 17, 2018: A special camp to identify the beneficiaries of Atta-Dal Scheme was organised by the administration at Village Dhandia in Zira sub-division.
Giving details, Amit Gupta, SDM, Zira said that 181 families from eight villages belonging to Zira sub-division participated in the camp and submitted their applications.
The SDM said out of these 181 applications, 151 are those whose name has been struck off from the beneficiaries list.
He said that now the ex-army men will examine these applications.
He said besides these 151, thirty fresh applications have been received.
Jaswant Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Gursewak Singh Bhullar, Naib Tehsildar, Joginderpal Singh, Superintendent, SDM Office Zira, Rajesh Dhand, Vice-President, Municipal Council Zira, Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, Panchayat Officer, Jagpreet Singh Jaggi, Secretary, Mohinder Singh, Col. Kashmir Singh, Ranjit Singh and Baljeet Singh, Food Supply Inspector were also present during the camp.
