76 years of Independence - A rendezvous with the Patriotic Spirit of Satyans
Like a beautiful patchwork quilt of cultures and traditions, India is a land of diversity. The kaleidoscope of colours that have emerged over these 76 years of Independence were celebrated with pride at Sat Paul Mittal School, Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, August 15, 2023: Like a beautiful patchwork quilt of cultures and traditions, India is a land of diversity. The kaleidoscope of colours that have emerged over these 76 years of Independence were celebrated with pride at Sat Paul Mittal School, Ludhiana.
The Satyans participated in a variety of events that captivated the assemblage in the spirit of the moment. An Inter-house Patriotic Singing Competition was organized for grades VI to XII. The students' voices rang out through the air, filling the oglers with a sense of pride and patriotism, bringing together people from all walks of life. The Satyans' fingers flew across the keyboard, their movements so precise and fluid that they seemed to be one with the instrument. Beas House was declared the winner for the students performed a semi-classical patriotic piece and their dexterity was evident in their ability to sing the complex passages with flawless accuracy.
No matter what you see and hear, you are sure to be moved and inspired by a light and sound show on Independence Day. For the first time, a light and sound show was organized by the students of Class V, giving a beautiful and moving tribute to India's freedom struggle and its journey as a nation. The show involved creation of a stunning visual spectacle, accompanied by stirring soundtracks.
The Satyans also enthralled the audience with their glorious dance routines showcasing intricate footwork and fluid movements as they participated in the Inter-house Patriotic Dance Competition, giving a moving tribute to their country. The butterflies in every stomach fluttered when brought face-to-face with dance moves that replicated a flowing fabric. Beas house bagged the win with their moving performance.
Bhupinder Gogia, Principal, Sat Paul Mittal School, quoted Pandit Nehru by stating that we are citizens of a great country on the verge of bold advance, and we have to live up to that high standard. She urged the Satyans to continue to study hard, to be responsible citizens, and to work towards making India a better place for everyone. The event concluded with the National anthem resonating throughout the campus.
