The University Business School (UBS), Panjab University’s flagship 5-day panel discussion series Veritaz 2.0 concluded at the University, today. Centered on the theme “Decoding Success: Business x AI”, the series featured 10 panels with over 63 distinguished alumni and industry leaders from BFSI, IT, consultancy, healthcare, and telecom.

Chandigarh, September 13, 2025: The University Business School (UBS), Panjab University’s flagship 5-day panel discussion series Veritaz 2.0 concluded at the University, today. Centered on the theme “Decoding Success: Business x AI”, the series featured 10 panels with over 63 distinguished alumni and industry leaders from BFSI, IT, consultancy, healthcare, and telecom.

The discussions explored AI’s role in reshaping business strategies, the ethical use of technology, and the balance between human skills and automation. Experts agreed that while AI drives efficiency, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and adaptability will remain vital for sustainable success.

Notable speakers included Manish Bansal, CEO, Wealthverse Capital Ltd.; Paras Bafna, Group CFO, Tynor Orthotics; Pritosh Gharu, Senior Consultant, Ernst & Young; Agam Sehgal, Senior Manager, Wipro; Jasmeen Kaur, Associate Vice President, Kotak Bank; Kirat Brar, Partner, Blue Tangerine; and Harveer Sidhu, Senior Partner, 360 ONE Wealth.

UBS Chairperson Prof. Parmjit Kaur emphasised the significance of industry-academia collaboration, stating, “The rise of AI is a fundamental transformation of business. With Veritaz 2.0, we aim to equip our students to lead responsibly in an AI-driven world.”

Co-convenor Prof. Purva Kansal added, “This platform was designed to expose students to evolving trends and sensitise them to the skills needed to succeed as industries integrate AI.”
