The Entrepreneurship Club (GGNIMT), in association with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organised Spring Fest 2026 at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) and Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Vocational Studies (GGNIVS) on Saturday. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various streams and created a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and innovation.

Ludhiana: The Entrepreneurship Club (GGNIMT), in association with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organised Spring Fest 2026 at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) and Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Vocational Studies (GGNIVS) on Saturday. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various streams and created a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and innovation.
The fest was organised under the able guidance and inspiration of Dr. S. P. Singh, President, Gujranwala Khalsa Educational Council (GKEC) and former Vice-Chancellor, GNDU, and S. Harsharan Singh Narula, Honorary General Secretary, Gujranwala Khalsa Educational Society (GKEC), whose constant support continues to motivate academic and co-curricular excellence among students.
Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT & GGNIVS, appreciated the efforts of the Entrepreneurship Club and the Institution Innovation Council for organising such an engaging platform that promotes creativity, leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit among students. He encouraged students to actively participate in such activities to ensure holistic personality development alongside academics.
Dr. Harpreet Singh, Principal, GGNIMT, highlighted the importance of experiential learning and stated that events like Spring Fest play a crucial role in building confidence, communication skills, and innovative thinking among young learners.
Popular stalls such as Basant Bites, Karachi Food Stall, Sasigee (Sassy Nails & Accessories), Bone Fire Pizza, Tasty Trakkers, Hungry Hustle, Theek Hai, and Panache attracted large footfall and added a strong entrepreneurial flavour to the fest. The cultural performances further infused vibrant energy into the event and highlighted the diverse talents of the students.
Spring Fest 2026 featured a variety of entertaining and competitive activities including solo and group dance performances, an inter-class tug of war competition, and a wide range of food, fashion, and fun stalls set up by students under the Entrepreneurship Club. The tug of war competition emerged as one of the major highlights of the fest. In the boys’ category (GGNIMT), BCA 4 secured the First Prize, while BCA 6 bagged the Second Prize. In the girls’ category, the Department of Hotel Management won the First Prize, followed by the Department of Business Management with the Second Prize. In the GGNIVS category, BCA 2 clinched the First Prize, whereas BCA 6 secured the Second Prize, showcasing remarkable teamwork and sportsmanship.
Spring Fest 2026 stood as a true reflection of youthful energy, innovation, and collaborative spirit, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to holistic education and student empowerment.
