World Earth Day celebrated at Sanskriti KMV School

Jalandhar, April 22, 2015: Sanskriti KMV School students displayed their strong interest in the environment conservation as they participated in the series of events that marked the World Earth Day. Students of IX to XII participated in the Poster Making, Slogan Writing and  Caption  writing contest. Students of VI-VIII participated in the Green Earth Quiz, focusing on the knowledge related to the environmental cause.  At primary level students did the colouring activity. Schools Gardening Club also displayed their initiative to make the campus green by planting saplings. School Principal, Rachna Monga, while highly appreciating the efforts of the students and the teachers at all levels, mentioned that the young generation is more responsible and determined  towards the environmental conservation. School through its life skills curricula is progressively inculcating the same.
