Women architects from IIA Ludhiana Center celebrate International Women’s Day 2021

The day was celebrated by acknowledging women as equal partners in decision making process
Ludhiana: International Women’s Day 2021 was celebrated by Women architects from IIA Ludhiana Center. The theme of this year’s celebration is “Women in leadership while achieving an equal future in Covid-19 World”.
Women Architects celebrated the role of women and acknowledged the economic, political, social and cultural achievements in all walks of life. The day was celebrated by acknowledging women as equal partners in decision making process, especially in the policy making.
The theme highlights how women choose to challenge the world and they bring about the necessary change. Women power is being celebrated this day as they encounter all challenges in their life and bring about the much-needed change in the society as when a women is empowered the entire community empowered.
